Paul Bertelli is the Senior Design Principal and President of JLF & Associates. Beginning in 1979, Paul and Jon Foote worked together for 21 years before Paul purchased the firm with partners Tammy Hauer and Logan Leachman. Paul studied architecture at Boston Architectural Center in Boston, Massachusetts and at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture. Paul is currently a board member of the Montana State University School of Architecture Advisory Council, a founding board member and current advisory board member of the Yellowstone Business Partnership, a current advisory board member of the Yellowstone Park Foundation, and a past trustee of the Museum of the Rockies. Paul is a much sought-after designer who has created some of the most unique houses in the country. When Paul is not practicing architecture, he enjoys fly fishing in pristine, remote waters. He is an avid skier and  frequents the steep slopes at Bridger Bowl and Big Sky. A foodie at heart, he enjoys both cooking and sampling gourmet food and wine. One can also see him around Bozeman on the hiking trail with his stepdaughter, Amelie, and wife Jillian.
