The Job:
Weāre looking for a project manager who wants to apply their passion and enthusiasm for architectural design and planning in a collaborative work environment that balances hard work and intense dedication with a chill Bozeman vibe that embraces fun and promotes real creativity. We work in small groups and truly as a team, handling projects that vary widely in scope and complexity across all phases of design and construction. We also want
someone who enjoys the hands-on aspects of creating as we collaborate closely with skilled builders, artisans, craftsmen, engineers, landscape designers ā¦ and our clients.

Requirements:
- Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural office setting
- Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and Adobe software
- Diligent attention to detail
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Interest in sustainable practices, sensitivity to geographical setting, and regional history
- Bozeman area resident or willing to relocate

Office Administrator
JLF & Associates, Inc. is seeking a responsible individual eager to contribute to the growth and success of our architectural firm by performing a variety of administrative assignments that support our team. If you have previous experience in an office setting and thrive in multitasking situations, we would appreciate the opportunity to meet you.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct guests, vendors, and clients.
- Answer multi-line phones and transfer phone calls.
- Assist and support all teams and departments as assigned.
- Attending and contributing to group meetings.
- Schedule, coordinate, and host in-office and off-site appointments and meetings.
- Schedule, book, and manage all aspects of travel.
- Perform routine general clerical and secretarial duties as requested including data entry, research, file management, copying/scanning/printing, mail/shipping, errands, supply ordering, light office maintenance, and general equipment maintenance.

- Ability to commute for supplies shopping and office errands as needed.
- Capability to run errands.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in a related role is required.
- Associate or bachelorās degree preferred.
- Knowledge of architecture and construction fields preferred.
Details and Benefits
- This is an in-office, full-time, non-exempt position.
- Monday ā Friday, 8 am- 5 pm.
