Women In Architecture Award

TO HONOR FEMALE ARCHITECTS WORKING IN THE MOUNTAIN WEST, Mountain Living invited homeowners, architects, designers, and photographers to send nominations for women creating “a wide range of mountain homes in new and interesting ways.” One of eight winners of the magazine’s inaugural “Women in Architecture” awards, JLF Architects principal Ashley Sullivan is praised for her “place-based architecture and design sensitivity” and creating “magnificent and magical places” – from her college days working with the legendary Rural Studio at Auburn University to the present. “We transform our clients’ vision into a physical space that’s sacred to them,” Sullivan told Mountain Living.
