Mountain Living

September/October 2024

When it comes to mountain-home bathrooms, freestanding bathtubs are undisputedly ā€œthe star of the show,ā€ writes Mountain Living in its September/October issueā€™s annual best baths feature, calling the tubs ā€œa welcoming destination at any hourā€ and ā€œbold, blissful and better than ever.ā€ The primary bathroom from JLF Architectā€™s Aspen Meadows house, created in collaboration with WRJ Design and Big-D Signature, was selected to the magazineā€™s highlighted top-five spaces for 2024. ā€œA great bathroom has the power to touch all of our senses, and this bath ā€¦ is an exquisite example,ā€ ML writes, calling out details like the Ann Sacks Mia marble wall tile, Waterworks Voltaire tub, heated limestone flooring and custom cabinetry in band-sawn white oak designed by JLF principal Logan Leachman.
