DESIGNERS ARE TRANSFORMING SO-SO MASTER BATHROOMS into “stunning jewel-box retreats with a mix of natural materials, high-end finishes and the true star of the show: a dramatic freestanding tub,” writes Mountain Living magazine, which selected a Jackson Hole, Wyoming, bathroom by JLF Architects as the opening example of this year’s top bathrooms feature story in the annual Rustic issue. JLF’s Travis Growney puts the bathroom, with its huge floor-to-ceiling window, in the context of the house’s connection to the outdoors, enhanced by the addition of the sculptural Waterworks Oval tub.
